The large light open plan kitchen and lounge have stunning views of the fells via large picture windows. Also there is access to the private fenced south facing patio area.

The dining area is furnished with a large pine table that seats 6 comfortably.

The downstairs twin bedroom also benefits from a direct access ramp from outside. It has a wet room with shower and shower seat and a disabled user toilet with handrails. The room is furnished with a bedside table and wardrobe.

The ground floor has rustic stone flags and enjoys underfloor heating for cosy toes on cooler days. The first floor is reached via 12 steps. The upstairs landing overlooks the lounge.

The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and is furnished with a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, and has views over the yard and fields. Twin bedroom has a chest of drawers and bedside table.

The first floor also has a well funished house bathroom.

The first floor is heated by central heating radiators.
